With heavy hearts, we share that Matthew Joshua Mudgett passed into Glory on November 14, 2025.   Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 21, 1992. Matthew was a graduate of North Royalton High School and built a meaningful life in Breckenridge, Colorado. A creative and determined entrepreneur, he was known for his kind heart, warm smile, and the way he made others feel loved and valued.

Matthew is the beloved son of John Mudgett and Sandy (Mudgett) Brooks (Bruce) and the cherished brother of Jessica (Mudgett) Donoughe (Kyle). He leaves behind his Nana, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Colorado friends called him "Matty" and his 1st nephew Finn.

Though his time with us was far too short, Matthew's life was filled with love, purpose, and compassion. We rest in the promise of God's comfort and eternal hope:

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18
