In Loving Memory of Leonardo Stinnett
July 10, 1957 – Dec 10, 2025

Leonardo Stinnett, a devoted father, proud veteran, and a man of remarkable wit and intellect, passed away on Dec 10, 2025. Born on July 10, 1957, in Texas to Homer and Evelyn Stinnett, Leonardo lived a life characterized by his service to God, hard work, and a relentless curiosity for how the world worked.

A Life of Service and Skill
Leonardo honorably served his country in the United States Army, a period of his life that instilled in him a lifelong sense of duty. Following his military service, he took to the open road as a professional truck driver, navigating the country with the same steady hand and reliability that defined his character.

Those who knew Leonardo best understood that his mind was always moving. A self-taught tech enthusiast, he possessed extraordinary technical knowledge. One of his greatest joys was building high-performance computers from scratch—piece by piece, wire by wire—a testament to his patience and his brilliance.

Laughter and Legacy
To be around Leonardo was to be in the company of laughter. He possessed a sharp sense of humor and a gift for storytelling that could brighten any room. Whether he was sharing a joke or solving a complex technical problem, his presence was a source of warmth and joy for his family and friends.

Family
Leonardo's greatest legacy is his family. On August 22, 1997, he married the love of his life, Grazia Isabella Simon Castrillon, in Colorado. Together, they built a life centered on love and shared values. He was a proud and devoted father to his two children, Leo and Leonarda, who carry forward his intelligence and his spirit.

He is survived by his wife, Grazia; his children, Leo and Leonarda; his six brothers and two sisters; Sevilla Stinnett, Oberoro Stinnett, Janeiro Stinnett, Rono Stinnett, Tabuno Stinnett, Raverro Stinnett and Diana Stinnett. He also left behind a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss his laughter and his brilliant mind dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Evelyn.
