Gabrielle Marie Gautier was born in Denver, CO on April 5, 1965 to Elizabeth Marilyn Jones and Larry Gautier. Gabrielle attended Columbine Elementary School in Kindergarten. In grades 1st and 2nd she attended Loyola, a Catholic school where she notes that she did not like going to Communion. In 3rd grade back at Columbine she recalled her first time facing discrimination by her own peers, being called a white girl due to her fair skin and being bullied. Up to 3rd grade Gabrielle had attended segregated schools and in 4th grade with desegregation she was bused to Holm Elementary and 6th grade to Bromwell in Cherry Creek. For Junior High (7th-9th) Gabrielle attended Merrill where she was in the City-Wide Choir and Band and made it to 2nd chair playing the Flute. Gabrielle was not just musically inclined but Athletic. In 6th grade the top two girls and top two girls raced against the top four teachers, and she beat them being coined “one of the fastest 6th graders.” At East High School she was on the cheerleading squad and a socialite. During her senior year she took classes part time and worked part time at Denver Parks and Recreation, she graduated from East in the Spring of 1983. She has been in the workforce since. In 1984 Gabrielle met Jeff Scott Green at a local neighborhood spot called the “Pub” where he was a disc jockey and frequently gave her shout outs on the microphone. In the summer of 1987 Aaron Ross and Adrian Michael (identical twins) were born. Soon to follow Arianna Renee was born in the summer of 1990. Gabrielle Marie Gautier, taking the values and traits passed onto her by her mother and father, instilled hard work, dedication, compassion and the value of education to her three children.
