Born in the winter of 1943 in Moro, Arkansas, to Miner Jones and Darthula Broadway, Chester Jones began a life rooted in family, hard work, and simple joys.

Chester married Lucinda Jones, and from this union, they welcomed one son, Rochester Jones Jr. Chester worked as a mechanic for many years. After his years of dedicated work, he spent most of his days fishing, something he truly enjoyed.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucinda Jones, and his son, Rochester Jones Jr.

He leaves behind one daughter: Katherine Williams of West Memphis, Arkansas; daughter-in-law: Sharon Winston of Denver, Colorado; and many grandchildren: Dominica, Bailey, Darvius, and Bailey of Marion, Arkansas; Tanisha Jones, Lucretia Jones, Darthula Jones (Victor), Joseph Jones (Jacque), and Marika Santibañez (Alfredo), of Denver, Colorado.

He also leaves behind many great-grandchildren: Kristyana, Neviah, Natasha, Alejandro, Kaylene, Isabella, Isaiah, Ilijah, Imari, Alfredo Jr., Querida, Antonio, Dylen, Daevion, Cristian, and Caydence.

Chester will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love for fishing, and the legacy he leaves through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
