Charles Crowley Jr. was born to Charles and Louvenia Crowley on June 3, 1957, in Lepanto, Arkansas. They later moved to Denver, Colorado where he was educated in the public school system. Charles Jr. was affectionately called "Baby Charles" by his family and friends. Baby Charles was raised in the church alongside his siblings. He eventually became a member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado.

Baby Charles was employed by the family businesses, Midwest Paving, owned by his uncle Aaron Crowley Sr., and Crowley and Sons Asphalt Paving, owned by his father, Charles Crowley Sr.

Baby Charles loved spending time with family and friends. His favorite pastime was grilling, listening to the Blues, and drinking his favorite, "BEER!" Baby Charles was the "fighter." You either gon start the fight, end the fight, or learn how to fight, or fight him!

Charles Crowley Jr. was preceded in death by his granddaughter, A'honesty Brooks, his devoted friend, Muriel (Jenny) Nesblett, and one sister, Rena Crowley.

Charles Crowley Jr. departed this life on January 14, 2024. Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Charles and Louvenia Crowley of Aurora, CO; his children, Ebony Winn, Charles Brooks, and Don Brooks, all of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Jermaine, Matthias, Little Charles, Domineer, Isaiah, Little Johnny, Sophair, Ka'Mahni, Chan nah, Ni Ora, Ti'Ahjanah, Renae, Ariah, and Faith; his siblings, James (Tanisha) Gilmer of Cleveland, OH, Leroy (Keisha) Crowley of Kansas City, MO, Darrell (Ashley) Farrow) of Denver, CO, Mary Crowley, Joyce Banks, NiKita Conner, and Cheryl Crowley, all of Colorado, and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
