Harbin
August 6, 1984 – December 11, 2023
Brandon Wayne Harbin, known by "B" to many and "My Chocolate Drop" by his mother was 39 years of age and born on August 6, 1984, in Denver, CO to Kimberly E. Harbin of Denver, CO, and Herchel L. Johnson of Wichita, Kansas. He is the second child out of six kids and the father of 4 beautiful children: Cherish Harbin, Jeremiah Harbin, Jasiah Harbin, and Zirell Blaylock. Sadly, Brandon passed away on December 11, 2023.
A natural hard worker, Brandon started working at just 12 years old. He hustled by doing yard work, shoveling snow, and selling candy. Wanting everyone to win, he took his brothers out to work with him to teach them how to work and make money of their own. He and his brother were always best sellers in the candy business. With his entrepreneurial spirit, as an adult, he had his own business selling DVDs, movies, and barbecue. Brandon worked as a cook, feeding and connecting with so many lives, and also worked for ABC Supply Co. Inc. for several years in Denver, CO, and Phoenix, Arizona. In any job, he truly excelled.
Brandon was most known for his outgoing and positive attitude, as well as his goofy and sincere nature. He was raised to be respectful to others because he was taught he had to give respect in order to receive it. As such, he was a well-respected individual. He was admired for his creativity in music due to his passion for making music with his brothers, his sister, and other family and friends. This allowed him to express his artistic side and bring joy to those around him
Brandon leaves behind his loving mother Kimberly Harbin of Denver, CO, stepfather Corey Pembrock of Denver, CO, 2 sisters: Samantha N. Harbin and Ladonna N. Harbin of Denver, CO, and 3 brothers: Vonray R. Harbin of Denver, CO, Dale L. Harbin of Petersburg, VA, and Thomas C. Harbin of Denver, CO. Paternally, his brother Joshua Cordova of Denver, CO, and sisters Natasha Cordova of Dallas,TX, and Deonna Johnson of Sacramento, CA. are also left to cherish his memory. Additionally, he leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and loved ones.
Brandon will truly be missed but will always be remembered by his family and friends.
